Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the conditions below apply. We therefore recommend that you take out a good cancellation insurance policy, which may save you costs in many cases.
A cancellation must always be submitted in writing by email. You will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours. Please note that a cancellation is only valid after our written confirmation.
Our cancellation policy:
If you check out earlier than planned, we cannot refund the costs of the unused remaining part of your reservation, nor can we be held liable for any additional costs incurred as a result. Depending on the circumstances, you may contact your travel insurance provider to submit a claim directly to them.
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances due to force majeure, we may be required to cancel your reservation. In that case, we will refund any payments already made, or if you have not yet paid for the reservation, no further action is required on your part.
Force majeure is defined here as any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even with all due care, resulting in our inability to provide you with accommodation. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil unrest, terrorist activities and the consequences or threats thereof, riots, acts of government or other national or local authorities including port authorities, labor disputes, strikes, natural disasters or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological disasters, and adverse weather, sea, ice and river conditions, as well as similar events beyond our control.
Please ensure that all members of your travel party have adequate travel insurance.
